Drinks in bags

Last night, having posted my last entry I hit the town with Max, trying to find something edible. As it turns out, restaurants and stalls close at 8:30 p.m. and we were already heading home in a gloomy state of starvation when this one stall signalled us, that they were still open. Great stuff, they sold only drinks. I got some kind of exotic fruit, blended with crushed ice, condensed milk, sugar cane and other unidentifiable ingredients. The liquid was then filled into a plastic bag, the opening closed with a rubber band and a straw stuck into it. Great stuff I thought, but it got even better. To keep it cool, the girl put some ice in another plastic bag and then put my drinkbag on top of it. Hard negotiations were not successful and I had to pay the full price of 2000 riel (4000 riel = $1).
